Flokkr est le nom donné au « chapiteau » utilisé pour accueillir conférences, lectures, concerts et workshops pendant le « warm up » du festival. Il se compose de quatre conteneurs, abritant des usages différents, et d’une « cheminée » d’où sort une fumée avant chaque événement. Pendant » jours nous avons proposé et animé un atelier de construction de mobiliers utilisant le travail « open source » du designer Enzo Mari.
‘Barely Visible’ est un travail de cartographie subjective du festival. Cette matière récoltée a ensuite été exposée quelques semaines au Tate Modern de Londres avec d’autres travaux de Public Works.

« The School of Civic Action at Roskilde Festival is a ten-day long summer school hosted by public works with Roskilde Festival which explores ideas around temporary use and the making of the instant city. The school is conceived as a three-year long programme which will lead up to an international conference and publication and critically reflect Roskilde’s contribution to the wider discourse on temporary use and city making. This will also conclude and coincide with the 50th anniversary of the festival in 2020. » Public Works
