Située à l’extrême Est d’Ulaanbaatar, Uliastai est un bassin industriel et militaire sur le déclin traversé par une rivière. L’émergence du projet s’appuie sur l’observation d’usages. Il se propose de considérer des manières de faire lien entre les deux rives, entre Uliastai et Ulaanbaatar. Une réflexion sur de nouvelles habitations porte la seconde phase du projet. La réhabilitation de bâtiments militaires ainsi que la création d’équipements sont mise en oeuvre.

Located at the extreme east of Ulaanbaatar, Uliastai is an industrial and military basin on the decline crossed by a river. The emergence of the project is based on the observation of uses. It proposes to consider ways of linking the two shores, between Uliastai and Ulaanbaatar. A reflection on new dwellings carries the second phase of the project. The rehabilitation of military buildings, as well as the creation of equipment, are implemented.
